For a family outing, Fort Mountain in Chatsworth is a good place to go. There is a lake at the park with paddle boats, fishing, and a beach. They have cabins and great places to camp. Dalton Little Theater has events every weekend with live plays and performances. Dalton is growing very fast and there are new parks being built every year.
